When will my order be shipped?
If the products ordered are in stock, your order will be shipped the same day or next day following the time that your order has been validated by our customer service team.

My package was shipped but I have not received it?
Check initially track your package on the carrier’s website. If it is indicated during delivery, please wait until the scheduled delivery date. Please also check on your order tracking as the delivery address specified on your order is correct.
