Delivery options
International Delivery:Tracked Mail Service: $29.99
Delivery time: 5 to 12 working days from dispatch. Orders placed before 3:30pm (Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched on the same day.
Please note:
1. The estimated arrival times are taken directly from information provided by our couriers. These are estimates only, Mobile Zap are not responsible if this varies.
2. In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to use alternative couriers.
3. Saturday deliveries are at the discretion of the couriers, it is our experience that in most cases they do choose to deliver to residential addresses on Saturday mornings.
4. When signing for a delivery you are accepting the item in the condition it arrives. Please ensure you check your item before signing for it, as we cannot be held responsible for the condition of an item once it has been signed for and accepted.
5. If goods are returned to Mobile Zap because of a failed delivery for any reason, the carriage cost is not refundable. We reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred to re-send goods.
6. All products ship from our warehouse in the UK.
7. If the courier confirms delivery but the item has not been received, an investigation will be raised before any decision regarding a refund is made.
8. We can only class a parcel as lost after the order has been shipped and the following timeframe has passed:

Terms and Conditions
- Please note orders for batteries and power banks may be subject to delays due to dangerous goods shipping requirements.
- For tracked mail service deliveries, we guarantee to dispatch in-stock items on the same day (Monday to Friday) if you order before 3:30pm. Please note our tracked mail service only delivers Monday-Friday.
- Please note delivery times may be affected during National Bank Holidays.
- If you refuse delivery or decline to pay any import duties or taxes applied to your shipment, and the order is returned to Mobile Zap as a result, a returns fee of up to $35, plus a $10.00 administration charge (or equivalent in your local currency), will be deducted from your refund.
