Echo Three LumiClip Pocket Torch Light w/ Carabiner Attachment Reviews

I bought this for a teenager to attach to their school bag giving them a torch when required that was really handy and neat.

At first I thought it was a bit small, but now i am using it i have it is very useful especially when i open my door when it is dark.

The product was well advertised. Bought them for my grandchildren, for the winter mornings and nights.

It never occurred to me that these devices could not be switched off completely. They are always connected ready to sense movement unless switched to ON, which gives a useful bright light. Whilst in storage there is therefore a small battery discharge into the sensing circuitry. How high the resistance of this circuit is governs the battery life whilst doing nothing. I have not had enough time to observe this duration.

Excellent product and price.

It really needs two other basic functions:
1. An 'Off' switch - it is always 'live', even in transit to you
2. A permanent 'On'
I was very surprised to find that the lights were on and flashing even in the post to me. It really needs an 'Off' switch as the slightest disturbance or movement will set it flashing.
Very bright though and otherwise useful as a safety light.

Great little torch. My wife uses it when she goes out for a walk in the late afternoon. Very easy to use and fits nicely in a pocket.

It does everything is is meant to for a torch, and is handy to have around. Would have been more useful if could be turned off. The "tap it on" feature means it is impossible to leave on car keys, for example, as it keeps flashing.

The torch gives a really bright light. I think it would have been useful to be able to switch it on permanently in a situation where you need to use both hands. I haven't had chance to use it much yet, but I think the caribener clip looks a little flimsy.

The product arrived promptly and looks and functions as described. Very useful to clip on clothing or bag when out at night, especially on poorly lit streets! Also reasonably priced.

I thought this was a good idea to have a small light on a key ring. Now this device is motion-sensitive, therefore, I would have expected the batteries to have a tag to stop the device working in transit while being posted. On arrival, the two devices had no battery life left in them as they were live on the journey through the post. The batteries had to be replaced before use, a little frustrating n new device. Once the batteries replaced, they worked well. I would suggest not attach them to vehicle keys as they can be a distraction when driving at night due to the vehicles motion.

I bought this thinking would help make me (slow walker) more visible at night, and also would be useful lighting a dark path to my parking spot. Before I could try it, someone else thought of a use for it and snaffled it so I have had to order another for me. With luck you will have 2 happy customers.

A great little product and with a bit of light I don’t have to wake up the family early hours to see the door lock

I had no expectations but have found the product to be more thank I had hoped for. I do a lot of walking and with the onset of winter and dark nights it is a great addition to my personal safety.

Love the light and the size,unfortunately I only gave It 4????because I was disappointed that you had to hold the button for it to work

I'm really impressed with this item, it is excellent quality, very small yet powerful, I would definitely recommend it as an emergency torch and a great safety device, it's made really well and the clip is strong enough that you definitely don't have to worry about losing it.

This light does work well, it has a steady three LED light or a flashing sequence it also has a movement sensor to switch it on. I was however more than a little surprised to find that it has no off switch. You have to wait for it to switch off automatically.
I put mine down on the kitchen worktop, only to find every time I put a cup within a foot of the light it starts to flash.
To be fair, when I clipped it on to my dog's collar, no matter how far he ran he stood out like a neon sign.

That the sensor was as sensitive and can't be switched off.

The torch is well made and performed as described. However the safety clip on the hook was poorly made and I had to use plyers to repair it. It has served its purpose ever since.

A first glass product and good value

The functions just require one extra function:- ON ALL THE TIME. But still a good and useful item. Easily slips into pocket. I would have given it 5* if it had the addition function
