A branding iron for BBQ’d steaks or any meat to indicate how well it has been cooked – it makes a great gift for anyone who loves cooking on coals. You can also heat the branding iron on a gas hob flame and brand grilled or fried steaks when the weather prevents you from lighting up the barbecue and indulging in a spot of al fresco dining!
Instructions:
- Tool will become hot. Use with caution. Keep handle away from heat and naked flames.
- To clean, allow to cool in a metal container filled with water. Wash with warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly.
- BBQ branding iron has 3 sides – brand your meat with either “Black & Blue”, “Little bit of blood” or “Nearly Burnt” on your chosen meat.
