I have found I like several feature of this phone holder, but there are still some kinks to be worked out. It has a very sturdy, solid arm that extends from its base, but the part that sets into the cup holder is tricky to get it to tighten completely. And because of this, when trying to adjust the very firm "flexible" arm, the whole thing may wobble right out of the cup holder. The other unsatisfying feature is the pre-set clicks that can turn the phone holder to the left or the right to aim in at the user. In order to move the face of the phone away from window glare, it allows you to click the holder on the arm. But the clicks are quite drastic and so it will be somewhat a challenge to find the exact spot; a fair amount of adjusting may have to happen. But once you wiggle, turn, click and repeat several times, you will have a very nice phone holder system that is easy to remove the phone from. Charger fits nicely into the phone even if it's in the cradle. My only wish is that the arm was longer so the phone was higher in my sight of view.
