The problem with mobile fun is not there sales items, it is there customer management. If I’m told the item is out of stock and will be available in 2 days then that is when I need to know if it’s ready for dispatch. Their press button letter says they will contact me in a week to let me know what is happening. They are careful to avoid publishing any phone numbers so all contact by email attracts another preprepared email. After four contacts I got someone to actually read my email but it’s soul destroying dealing with them if the item is delayed! Customer services management is at fault not the operatives.

This product arrived in good time, in good condition and was easy to set up.
The only snag was it was delivered to a New Zealand address with a UK style plug. Once a NZ adaptor was fitted the unit has to be used upside-down !
