2 things made this not useful just for me.
1. XFinity live stream app is not compatible for some reason
2. I didn't think about having to remove my cell phone case to use on the base.
I bought it to watch TV at bedtime but I can't do that so I haven't found another good use yet.

Hi Dan,
There may be some apps that are not compatible with the DeX Pad due to licensing and subscription types (i.e. if you have a mobile subscription, you may not be able to use the app). The DeX Pad is primarily used to convert your Galaxy smartphone into a PC. May I recommend that you try one of our USB-C to HDMI cables as they are designed for watching content on a TV.
