Looks good just a bit short

Purchased a small for a Westie. On the 2nd end hole on the strap which isnâ€™t the best as the guides donâ€™t hold the strap in place all of the time. However if went to next size the collar might be too large and become bulky. Collar is thicker than I would usually have on a Westie, thatâ€™s required to accomodate the Apple tracker. Overall the collar is soft and looks good, just one hole too short.
