case good, screen protector frustrating

I gave this product three stars because although they work very well and I feel like my phone is well protected, getting the screen protector on was very frustrating. The video with the instructions didn't match the product I received. I ended up having to throw the first screen protector away because trying to apply it was a mess. I wasted one of the screen protectors because the instructions didn't match what I had, it wasn't as simple as the video showed it to be, and I feel like having to pay for two protectors when I had to immediately throw one in the trash was a waste of money. There are tiny air bubbles in the protector in spite of using the card included to try to smooth them out. I think that's why there are two of everything in the screen protector packaging; the company probably assumes one will end up in the trash in an attempt to apply it with out-of-date instructions.

Screen protector is of poor quality

The case is something you can live with but the screen protector is of very poor quality. The 2nd layer (which is the top layer) was very difficult to peel off after application. As I squeezed out the bubbles, it left behind visible lines on the protector. Wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.
