Bought this phone mount due to its compact size, strong magnet and simplicity. Worked very well as a mount for my phone whilst videoing track sessions. Attach metal plate direct to the back of the phone and avoid using a phone cover for vibration free recording.

The magnetic feature makes it useful for any device regardless of size to be held securely. You only need to have it held is a piece of steel fastened to the back of the device for it to be secure as the agent is in the windscreen holder. Two plates re supplied but any piece of steel which is flat and thin will do, try a piece of old tin can flattened out and it works!

I was reluctant about buying this item but after reading other reviews I decided to go for it. Magnet works really well and phone stays in place even going over bumps. Nice and compact too so doesn't obstruct view. Really good product. Would definitely recommend.

After a few failures at buying in car phone holders, I decided to do a little research, although the Scosche magic mount never came top in any reviews, it was always up there, so I decided to go for it. Very glad I did, it’s so simple, compact and easy to set up, I’ve been using it for about a month now and I can confirm its the best in car phone holder I’ve every bought.

This is impeccable. It withstands hard bumps and keeps my mini iPad and my cumbersome Samsung Galaxy phone in firm place. I couldn't be more pleased.

Have 2 of these wouldn't be with out them, and I never look anywhere else for phone stuff, mobil fun have every thing you need quick delivery of top quality products

A good mount with an adhesive suction cup. Stuck to my textured dash with no issues. Locking ring to secure magnet position can be a little fiddly to tighten with phone in place to check angle. Magnet is strong with no issues holding my phone in place. The sacrificial skin provided is a nice touch to ensure easy removal from the phone or case.

I have a Galaxy note 4 in an Otterbox case which makes it quite a bulky and heavy phone. Have found cradle type holders very cumbersome to use and break quickly - but really pleased with this magnetic holder.
The metal bar (that you adhere to your phone to engage with the magnet) fitted within the case so is not visible - plenty of hold from the magnet and really convenient to use - just place your phone against the holder and it stays put
I wasn't able to stick it to the dashboard as mine (VW Touran) is just too curved everwhere - but I'm happy with it on the windscreen
The holder is not at all obtrusive when the phone is not on it.

Enough discreet to keep visibility in good conditions and enough powerful to keep fixed a 5.7" - 6" phone.

Magic piece of kit this, its super sticky suction pad mated to the lever to suck it to the surface ensures you wont jump out of your seat when you expensive phone falls off the window on to your lap and gets caught in your feet as your driving.

I purchased 2 of these holders, using one in my vehicle and 1 in my office. They just look good, was really worried the magnet would affect the phone but doesn't, magnet is strong and secure while driving over bumps and suction on the cup is brilliant, even the packaging the unit arrive in was exceptional. Really does as it claims. Have had phone holders from the manufacturer which are usually flimsy and don't last long. This item holds the mobile firmly and it's easily adjustable. Will fit all makes of phone and so easy to remove my phone. Best thing for me is that I don't have to take it in and out of the case each time I use it in the car. Superb piece of kit. Highly recommend .

This holder is brilliant. previously I have had a holder which had side expanding clamps, a two handed job. This holder is one handed. It sticks well to the windscreen, is adjustable for any angle and the magnet is very strong giving confidence that it will hold your phone.

No shaking, slipping and easy on or off plus it even wrangles the cable too.
I have ordered another to use for charging at my bedside.
For those like me who crave a bargain Mobile Zap do it cheaper even including delivery by a longshot.

I had to return this item as the magnet was not strong enough to hold a bare iPhone 6 (which is not a particularly large or heavy device).

The Scosche Magic Mount was bought to fit into my Toyota Yaris so I could use my ipad's navigation app. It is small yet very strong and holds my ipad mini easily, enabling me to navigate with confidence. A great buy.

Husband has spent lots money on phone holders as he is an interstate truck driver and all the previous holders leave the phone shaking whilst driving in the holder and then his phone screen goes blank, this holder is amazing has a great strong grip and no shaking of the phone would highly recommend this product

Great product a virtual must. Not only does the mount it's self stick securely to the window or dash. But it comes with two magnetic plates that make mount either a phone or tablet a doddle. And because its a magnet it's easy to mount and un-mount your device from it. No fiddly sprung clamps or silly little feet.

Couldn't be happier with this item. Stuck this to my windscreen the day after I got it, which is a month ago now, and it hasn't moved an inch!! Really strong magnet, I can use the phone while it's in place. One thing though, do NOT stick the magnet to your phone, stick it to the inside of your case. The glue is made of some polymer used on the last space shuttle I think!!
