Expensive but worth every penny.
Would highly recommend
first issue acquired when applying glue on screen it was not enough and didn't covered the edges which after 6 months started chipping . and now after few falls on the ground from pocket at 20 cm high on wooden floor i noticed constant cracking of p.glas and around edges of the phone micro bubles started to form which made phone look unpleasant.
I followed the instructions to the rule and watched several tutorials on line on how to well worth the time spent, only time will tell me how good the screen cover is in its momeny of need
I always put a screen protector on any new phone I buy, as I regularly drop my phones and the protectors have saved me an expensive repair more than once. Up till now I have used the mid-priced ones, but on delivery of my Samsung S20 Ultra and it’s high price, thought I would invest in a more expensive protector working on the theory Buy the Best and if it doesn’t do what the company says it will, I can complain.
I had watched the mobile fun installation video a few times while waiting for delivery and also checked out a few you tube videos, to see how different people followed the instructions with the kit. I recommend watching a selection of them before attempting to fit the protector (and even while installing using the pause button).
At £55.00 I was expecting something special and I was not disappointed, everything you need to install is in the box, except a spirit level, which is essential for a trouble-free fitting.
Some of the videos say it can be fitted in 10 minutes, but I would advise doing a dry run without the glue first, just to make sure everything falls into place.
With this done I started following each step slowly and carefully, the total time I took to install was about 40 minutes but happy to say a perfect installation, My wife asked if I had fitted it as looks like as if there is nothing on the screen and looks like it left the factory.
Now it’s time to see how it performs long term, with the cheaper ones I usually fit 2 or 3 during the life of the phone and spend between £10 and £15 on each So this one is more expensive but if I only have to fit once, saves the hassle of refitting a few times.
Mobile fun have done their usually Great job in stocking the best products at fair prices and never fail to deliver good customer service, I have been a customer since 2008 and always check their website first for anything Phone related I need and have always found what I’ve been looking for.
Thank You Mobile fun and Whitestone
A happy Customer
It was timely delivered and well wrapped.
It initially looks a very complicated fitting process, however, do take the time to watch the you tube videos at least a couple of times which will help tremendously. If you follow the guide carefully, as I did, you will be pleasantly surprised at how quick and efficient the fitting process is.
The result was a perfectly positioned glass protector with absolutely no bubbles, specks etc. Just a silky smooth, touch sensitive screen that doesn't look as if a protector is fitted.
