Analyse your running in real time

Analyse your running in real time with the Withings Pulse Xo.  The tracker recognises when you are running and so automatically displays running stats. When you are jogging, press the button once and discover the data you need: the duration and distance travelled while exercising.

Monitor your heart rate

The Withings Pulse Xo allows you to monitor to your heart rate through simply pressing your finger on the back of the device. After a few seconds, your pulse and SpO2 are displayed on the screen. The SpO2 is an estimation of your blood's oxygen saturation level and is measured by a pulse oximeter. Being able to monitor the Sp02 quickly from your wrist is extremely helpful for athletes, mountain climbers and people with breathing problems.

Analyse your sleep patterns

Time to go to bed? Place the Withings Pulse Xo in the sleep wristband and launch the sleep cycle analysis. The next morning you will have the opportunity to precisely assess your sleep in order to have more restorative nights. The in-app graph shows the different sleep cycles and lists key sleep quality indicators.
